Double Room
Our double rooms offers a comfortable and welcoming space, ideal for guests attending our courses and retreats or for those simply looking to explore the beauty of Snowdonia. The perfect place to relax, recharge and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

Twin Room
A comfortable twin room, ideal for friends, colleagues or retreat guests sharing a stay. With two single beds and a calm, welcoming atmosphere, it offers the perfect space to relax, recharge and enjoy your time in Snowdonia.

Family Room
Featuring one double and one single bed, our family rooms offer a comfortable and flexible space for families, friends or retreat guests. The perfect base to unwind after a day of learning, adventure or exploring Snowdonia.

Triple Room
Our triple rooms feature three single beds, making it ideal for friends, colleagues or retreat guests sharing a stay. Spacious and comfortable, they provides the perfect place to relax, recharge and enjoy your time in Snowdonia.

What's Included

Ogwen Lounge: shared kitchen and dining

Guests are invited to use Ogwen Lounge, our fully equipped communal kitchen and dining area located between rooms 2 and 5. Whether you’re making breakfast, preparing a picnic, cooking a simple evening meal or sharing a cup of tea, Ogwen Lounge provides the essentials you need for a self-catering stay.
The dining table seats six comfortably, and you’re also welcome to enjoy meals in the comfort of your own room. Breakfast is not included, so we recommend bringing what you need for your first meal, especially if arriving later in the day.

In-room Yoga and Relaxation

Enhance your stay with gentle Dru Yoga, relaxation and meditation. A yoga mat is available for your use, and guests can access free online Dru Studio classes — ideal for easing travel fatigue, preparing for a day of walking, or winding down after time in the mountains.

The Lodge is fully self-catering. Bethesda village is around 2 miles away and has local grocery options, including Tesco Express and Spa with a Post Office. There are also cafés, restaurants and shops in nearby Bangor, Capel Curig, Betws-y-Coed and Menai Bridge
Local Food and Supplies
Dimensions, Dru’s health store in Bangor, offers natural and organic wholefoods, fresh local produce, supplements and natural remedies, with delivery to the Lodge available whenever possible.

From the Lodge, you are surrounded by mountain paths, rivers, lakes and wide valley views. One of the easiest local walks begins from the main entrance and leads towards the top of the valley, the Ogwen visitor centre and Cwm Idwal beyond.
Step into Eryri-Snowdonia

For foot travellers, the T10 bus offers a scenic connection between Bangor train station, Snowdonia Mountain Lodge and Betws-y-Coed, passing beautiful locations such as Llyn Ogwen along the way.

Visit the World Peace Flame

During your stay, you’re welcome to visit the World Peace Flame monument and Candle Room, located near the main entrance. Take a quiet moment for reflection, inspiration or a simple dedication for peace.
The welcome pack invites guests to light a World Peace Flame in the Candle Room and connect with their own inner flame.

Please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival using the details on your booking confirmation so we can confirm your check-in arrangements. Before arrival, guests are asked to complete online registration via a secure link. A virtual front desk is available to assist if needed.
